The dayroom is a cozy area featuring a comfortable daybed, perfect for unwinding. Bathed in natural light, it offers a serene space to relax, read, or simply soak up the sun. It's a welcoming retreat within your riverside escape.

The open living and dining area, complete with a queen-size Murphy bed, flows into a well-equipped farmhouse kitchen.  This wonderfully thought out home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. This home features two smart TVs available for your use.  Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet throughout your stay, perfect for both work and leisure.  While there is no cable tv provided, feel free to watch with your favorite streaming service.  The quirky quarter bath brings a unique charm with its eclectic design, while the full bath offers a spa-like experience, featuring a luxurious walk-in shower with endless hot water. It's a delightful mix of whimsy and relaxation.

Welcome to our home. Please, no smoking indoors, Feel free to smoke on the patio; we've provided a receptacle.  Also, don't miss trying out our tractor seats!

 No parties, or unregistered guests.  This is a quiet neighborhood.  Please respect our quiet hours, 10pm-6am and kindly clean up after yourself.  Enjoy your stay, and feel free to contact us if you need anything.
